Renewed, Not Spiraled
Studies show that we have over 60,000 thoughts a day (yeah, read that again)—and many of them are repetitive and negative. No wonder our minds feel exhausted before the day even begins. We’re constantly processing, worrying, replaying conversations, googling symptoms, and preparing for worst-case scenarios… often without realizing how heavy that mental load has become. You're Allowed to Rest
Have you ever been so tired that even the things you normally love feel like too much? Not exhausted from doing nothing —but worn down from doing everything . From showing up. From being strong. From carrying responsibility after responsibility without ever fully setting it down. Soul exhaustion doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like irritability. Or numbness. Or quietly thinking, I just need a break from everything. It’s the kind of tiredness that sleep alone


Peace in Prayer
