Love Thy Neighbor
We've all had neighbors. Some you barely know beyond a wave, and some you avoid making eye contact with. And if you're lucky, a few quietly change your life without ever meaning to. When I think about the command "love thy neighbor," my mind goes to real people. Literal neighbors. The ones who share fences, sidewalks, and seasons with you. My husband an I have been fortunate. We've landed next to some really good ones. But one neighbor in particular, will always hold a specia


Love God First
Most of us don't wake up intending to put God second. It just happens quietly. Life fills in the space. To-do lists. Notifications. Sports. Work. Expectations... the list goes on. The constant pressure to manage, improve, fix, and hold everything together. And before we realize it, our energy is spent reacting to everything around us instead of resting in the presence of the One who holds it all. Loving God first isn't about perfection, it's about priority. Scripture is clear


A Body Worth Loving
I'll be honest, I'm writing to you today not feeling like my best self. I'm bloated, uncomfortable, and feeling very much like I gained 10 pounds overnight. 🙄 Ever been there? Suddenly you're hyper-aware of your body... you know how it goes —one day you're feeling "off" and then suddenly your mind has a lot to say. Cue the critical thoughts. Do you love your body? Not tolerate it. Not work on it. Not promise to appreciate it "once it changes," but love it... as it is, right
