Finding Joy in Gathering
There’s something special about being together. Not the picture-perfect kind of together—but the real kind. The kind where the house is a little loud, the food isn’t fancy, and someone’s always running late. The kind where laughter spills over the table and stories get told for the hundredth time… and somehow they’re still funny. And if we’re being real, I’m kind of the worst at this. Contrary to what people often think, I am a homebody through and through . I love my house.


Run Your Race
It’s wild how quickly comparison sneaks in. One scroll, one update, one “oh wow, good for them” and suddenly you’re questioning your timeline, your progress, and whether you somehow missed a memo everyone else got. We can be perfectly content one minute… and completely discouraged the next—just by watching someone else run past us. Renewed, Not Spiraled
Studies show that we have over 60,000 thoughts a day (yeah, read that again)—and many of them are repetitive and negative. No wonder our minds feel exhausted before the day even begins. We’re constantly processing, worrying, replaying conversations, googling symptoms, and preparing for worst-case scenarios… often without realizing how heavy that mental load has become.
